Skilled Nursing

Wound care
Some illnesses can compromise the strength of elderly individual’s skin which result in a greater susceptibility to sustaining a wound. We focus on managing chronic wound and keeping any damage to a minimum.

Catheterization

Caring for a catheter can be embarrassing and uncomfortable for elderly patients. We are cognizant to our patients needs and work diligently to care for their hygienic and catheter-related needs.

Gastrostomy feeding

Gastrostomy feeding allows for food and medicine to be given directly into the stomach through a tube instead of through the mouth. Our staff provides the proper care during such feedings.

Ileostomy / Colostomy care
Having an ostomy is a big adjustment for most people. Our staff works continuously to care for our patients needs from changing and emptying the pouches to changing the appliances.

Diabetic care

Our staff brings years of experience in managing diabetic patients. Our staff’s priority is to establish a healthy lifestyle, managing blood sugar and insulin levels.

Patient Education

We believe in empowering our patients by providing them with the needed knowledge to navigate their way through their journey. Our staff works tirelessly on educating and answering all your questions.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is a method of medical treatment based on a complete understanding of physiology, medical conditions, anatomy, surgeries, and movement patterns. It focuses on strength and function, restoring movement, relieving pain, and is achieved through the use of therapeutic modalities (see below), exercises, activities, and hands-on techniques.
