Our staff are at the forefront of treatment and prevention of acute and chronic wounds for patients in the home environment. At All About Home Care we provide wound care specialists when the need arises and specialized treatment in accordance with the plan of care ordered by the patient’s physician
Home Care Interventions:

Assessment of skin integrity, functional mobility, impaired daily activities, and pain level.

Assessment of affected areas and levels of sensations.

Cleaning wounds and changing wound dressings.

Performing vacuum assisted closure of a wound, commonly known as wound vac.

Wounds we treat include, but are not limited to: treatment for traumatic wounds, surgical wounds, pressure ulcers (bed sores), venous stasis ulcers, arterial ulcers, diabetic ulcers, Fistulas, ostomies, and tubes and drains.

Patient education about skin care to assist in making positive life-style.
